  Loyd Pendley, Chief Appraiser of Pendley & Pendley Appraisers, is Georgia state certified- general, #000765, and has the Appraisal Institute designation of SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser) as well as the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers designation of IFAS (Independent Fee Appraiser - Senior).
   
  Matt Nixon, GA CR239467 - Manager of Residential Division since 2003. He obtained his appraiser registration from the State of Georgia in 2000 after attending Lincoln Graduate Center. He is FHA certified and currently holds a Certified Residential License. He has 4 years previously in the construction industry.
   
  Neil S. Leggett, MAI - Manager of Commercial Division; received his BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia in 1994 and has been a real estate appraiser since 1994, after interning three summers in the profession.  Neil holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institure and a State Certified General appraiser classification.  Areas of work include large multi-family, retail, office, general commercial, hospitality, industrial, condemnation and vacant land.

Darnell, GA R2560 - Senior Staff Appraiser for Pendley & Pendley Appraisers & Consultants since February, 1992.  Current member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers - NAIFA.  Native of Forsyth County.  Over 16 years previously in the residential construction industry.  H.U.D. certified.  Areas of expertise include: vacant land of all types; easement and/or right-of-way acquisitions; condemnations; lakefront properties; estate evaluation; residential properties.
   
  Larry Sarchenko, GA L240391 - State Licensed Residential Real Estate Staff Appraiser for Pendley & Pendley since 2001.  Obtained State License status in 2004.  Currently working towards Certified Residential License.
   
  M.L. (Mell) Leggett, III, GRI - Mell is a Certified General Appraiser, and also holds a Georgia Real Estate Broker's License.  He started, while in school, as a part time appraiser assistant in 1989.  He later obtained a sales license, and went to Fickling & Walker Realtors in 1991 to sell real estate.  Mell returned to the family business in 1993 to become a licensed appraiser and became a Real Estate Broker in 1995 after obtaining the GRI designation, and has been appraising and consulting full time since.  Mell joined Pendley & Pendley Appraisers in the summer of 2005 and has been working with his brother, Neil Leggett, MAI, in the commercial division.
   
  Rebecca Williams - Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with Pendley & Pendley for 4 years. Graduated from the University of Georgia in 1987 with a BBA in Marketing. Currently also a licensed Real Estate agent.
   
  Kelli Roam – Licensed Appraiser, L263183. Graduated in 2003 from the University of West Georgia. Over 5 years experience appraising the Atlanta Metro Area and surrounding counties. Experienced in FHA, Conventional, and Reverse Mortgage appraisals. Performed and/or assisted in over 3,000 single family, 1-4 family, REO and land appraisals.
   
  Brian Pendley - Associate Commercial Appraiser; Brian began working with Pendley & Pendley Appraisers in January 2005 upon graduating with honors from the University of Georgia where he received a B.B.A. in Economics. He obtained the Certified General Appraiser classification, # 282152, in 2007. Brian is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and is currently pursuing the MAI designation. Areas of work include vacant land, general commercial, industrial office, neighborhood shopping centers, hospitality, multi-family, subdivision development, as well as various special-use properties.
