Received his BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia in 1994 and has been a real estate appraiser since 1994, after interning three summers in the profession. Neil holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and a State Certified General appraiser classification. Areas of work include large multi-family, retail, office, general commercial, hospitality, industrial, condemnation and vacant land. | |
| M.L. (Mell) Leggett, III, GRI - Certified General Appraiser, and also holds a Georgia Real Estate Broker's License. He started, while in school, as a part time appraiser assistant in 1989. He later obtained a sales license, and went to Fickling & Walker Realtors in 1991 to sell real estate. Mell returned to the family business in 1993 to become a licensed appraiser and became a Real Estate Broker in 1995 after obtaining the GRI designation, and has been appraising and consulting full time since. Mell joined Pendley & Pendley Appraisers in the summer of 2005 and has been working in the commercial division. | |
